Idea HQ:: Creative Lab / Future Lab
F/LIST is a manufacturer of bespoke and high-end interiors for aircraft, yachts, and luxury residences. An international family-run enterprise, with several company sites worldwide, urgently needed a dedicated space for creativity and development of the new business ideas at the Headquarter in Thomasberg, Austria. The Future Lab / Idea Lab is a place where management and employees can shape their vision of the future.
Flexible multi-functional structure.
The existing space for seminars within the factory has been remodeled into multi-functional flexible space for different creative scenarios: workshops, apprentice education, various presentations, collaborative meetings, social events. Low-cost furniture produced in-house was augmented by high-end technology. The interior is connected to the outdoor area, which is conceived as an escape space from daily routine. This project was a game-changer for the company, and it has been hugely accepted by management and employees – since implementation in constant usage.
